Information we collect

• Account information such as your name, verified email address, mobile number and account identifier.
• Order information such as selected items, instructions, delivery address, totals and order status.
• Technical information needed to keep the service secure, such as browser details, IP address and authentication records.

Google Sign-In

If you choose Google, Google Identity Services provides BongFoods with your verified email address, display name and a unique Google account identifier. We use these only to create or access your BongFoods account and support the ordering experience. BongFoods does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or your Google password.

Choosing a phone contact

On supported devices, you can choose a mobile number using your browser's contact picker. You decide which contact to share. BongFoods receives only the phone number you select and cannot browse or store the rest of your address book.

How we use information

• To sign you in, remember account details and protect your account.
• To prepare, confirm, deliver and support your orders.
• To issue receipts, show order status and respond to customer-support requests.
• To prevent abuse, diagnose failures and improve the reliability of BongFoods.

Payments and delivery

Payments are processed by Razorpay. BongFoods does not store card CVVs, UPI PINs or bank passwords. When a delivery partner such as Borzo fulfils an order, we share only the recipient, contact, address and order details needed to complete that delivery.

Service providers

BongFoods uses trusted providers including Google Identity Services for optional Google sign-in, Twilio for mobile-number verification, Razorpay for payments, Borzo for eligible deliveries and Vercel for website hosting. Each provider processes relevant information under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention, security and your choices

We retain account and order information only for service, support, security and legal needs. We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect it. You can use Bong Support from the menu to ask about your information, correct account details or request account deletion, subject to records we must retain for legitimate legal or transaction requirements.
